Majority of the teams paid league registration fees
Players and captains names were collected from the majority of teams
Draw for the preliminary round of the Knockout Cup was made
In other business the secretary stated that the emergency works number will be changing. Further information to be given out at the next meeting
Date of next meeting was set for 10 February 2003. This meeting will be the last chance to register players and the draw for the quarter final of the Knockout Cup will be made
